You can hardly call that cooking. Frozen rösti, completely tasteless peas and carrots, the meat simply buried under a thick, partly black layer of cheese, and that at Christmas. There is better at every snack bar.

Great trout restaurant

Very good restaurant with trouts as their specialty. Their location is in the middle of Farm fields, and quite difficult to find without Navigation system, but it’s worth to visit. The place is cozy and beautifully decorated. On summer you can sit outside in the garden and enjoying the sun and nature. They only have a short menu list and only Trout for the main course. The fish comes from their own pond, so they guarantee for the freshness. For Fish lover and fine Dining, this restaurant is highly recommend.

Table reserved for 14 persons. Although only a main course on the more than plain menu, wait 2h. Drinks lasted forever. Oh yes, trout "miller" has a crispy skin and, to my knowledge, not cooked before. No thanks!!

Very rustic and cozy little restaurant with very friendly and very good staff. Great atmosphere with the charm of grandma's living room. Adjacent to the building deer are bred grazing eating in a corner of the eye. The tables are designed chic and festive. The trout - the house specialty - is really very good. It is perfectly fried very tastefully and to the point.
